Terms of Service

These terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Glance (“Glance”, the “Service”). By signing in or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using Glance on behalf of an organization, you agree to them on that organization's behalf.
The service
Glance lets your agents publish live dashboards over MCP and lets your team view them. We render and serve dashboard content you send us; we never hold your data-source credentials. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts and access
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and of any publisher API keys you generate, and for all activity that occurs under them. Notify us promptly if you believe a key or account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to access data belonging to another organization, or otherwise circumvent the tenant isolation of the Service.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure.
- Upload or publish content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful or infringing.
Your content
You retain all rights to the dashboard layouts and data you publish (“Your Content”). You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display Your Content in order to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have the right to publish it.
Public dashboards
Dashboards are private to your organization by default. If you choose to make a dashboard public, anyone with its share link can view it without signing in. You are responsible for what you choose to share publicly.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. Fees

Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably need to in order to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of TODO: governing-law jurisdiction (e.g. State of Colorado, USA), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
